Fastest option: delete in the app
- Open SelfPilot AI and sign in to the account.
- Open Settings, then Account Security.
- Select Delete account.
- Complete the recent-authentication check and type the required confirmation.
The app sends an authenticated request for the currently signed-in account only. A user ID supplied by the client cannot select a different account for deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Submit the email associated with your SelfPilot AI account. The form does not check or reveal whether an account exists and does not delete anything immediately. Every accepted submission receives the same response.
- SelfPilot support reviews the request.
- Verification instructions are sent to the submitted address when possible.
- You must prove control of the account before any destructive action is authorized.
- After verification, support completes the request using the authoritative server-side deletion workflow.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes the Supabase Auth identity and the user-owned SelfPilot records associated with it, including:
- Profile and account-scoped preferences stored by the backend
- Tasks, groups, labels, saved views, checklists, and reminders
- Goals, milestones, reviews, progress events, habits, and habit logs
- Schedules, schedule items, exceptions, and templates
- Transactions, money accounts, transfers, categories, budgets, debts, payments, and recurring obligations
- AI recommendations, previews, draft actions, conversation sessions, quota counters, reservations, usage telemetry, notifications, automation records, and feedback submissions
Limited information that remains
The deletion workflow retains a minimal security tombstone containing the former account's internal subject identifier, deletion state, and timestamps. This prevents stale access tokens from recreating or changing deleted data and records whether deletion completed. The current implementation does not assign this security record a fixed automatic expiration period.
Limited provider backups, security logs, or records required by law may remain temporarily under the relevant provider's retention controls. The support request itself is stored in the developer's inquiry system until reviewed and manually removed; that system currently has no fixed automatic inquiry-retention period.
Processing and failures
In-app deletion normally runs immediately. If the authentication provider is temporarily unavailable after application data is removed, deletion is marked pending and can be retried safely. External support requests require ownership verification and manual review; SelfPilot AI does not currently promise a fixed completion period. Support will contact you if more verification is required.
Submit a deletion request
This publicly accessible form starts the support and verification process. It is not an anonymous deletion command.
